Despite it being a Sunday night there were only a few tables taken, so we got even more worried. However, we couldn’t be more wrong. We had a lovely evening. Service is impeccable, making some suggestions without being pushy, able to answer questions on origin of the products. Friendly and professional. The food is fantastic. Both terra and mare dishes, presentation as well as quality outstanding. We started with an antipasti terra, then shared a spaghetti all astice and tagliata di manzo (Lombarda meat, delicious) couples of glasses very good wind. Finished with coffee and fil’e ferru. Total of 55 euro, very correct price for what is offered. Italians know where the food is great, strange they have not found this place yet, can only be a matter of time."

We had a dinner for two on Sunday evening. Friendly staff, excellent seafood, good wine selection and very reasonable prices. We didn’t reserve a table in advance but probably would need to at busy times. Not in the main tourist area but well worth a visit.

Wow, the antipasti octopus salad and mussel mussel shell soup were amazing! Our waiter (also son of the cook) was super nice and chose a wonderful menu with us. The fried fish with white wine and olive sauce was the best we ever had. We had a nice last night in Cagliari thanks to 51!
