Excellent customer service by Reece as we entered the pub, was prompt to serve us for our drinks and dinner.Dinner was excellent, beef was very tasty. Definitely recommend, excellent staff

Visted Monday 23rd October with a colleague for food, Reece and Lauren welcomed us with friendly smile, food cooked to perfection, both Reece and Lauren credit to the pub. Will be recommending to others.

Excellent service, Nicole was really helpful and the food was fantastic, especially considering the price! The beef Sunday dinner was spot on and my grandad called the mini mixed grill ‘beautiful’ so a pretty glowing review! Will definitely be back Speisekarte ansehen

I went to this restaurant for my birthday dinner tonight and it was the worst experience I've ever had. The food was overcooked, soggy, and lacking in flavor. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, and when we complained, they gave us disrespectful glares. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant, as I was very disappointed with the service and food quality. I would not recommend eating here.

Although I don't usually leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience. It was a Saturday evening and I went out for my birthday dinner. I had to wait only a few minutes to get a drink, as there were only staff members working behind the bar. I then waited several more minutes to order my food. When it finally arrived, I found that it was cold, the steak was overcooked and chewy. I sent it back and was offered another meal, but by that point, the idea of waiting any longer was unbearable. The service was terrible.

I was at this restaurant tonight for my boyfriend's birthday meal and it was the worst experience I have ever had. The food was overcooked, soggy, and undercooked, and it was not very filling. They forgot to bring out one member's meal, so they didn't get to eat at all. The staff was not very helpful or friendly, and when we complained, they gave us a rude response. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant. As someone who works at a similar restaurant with a similar menu, I was very disappointed in how this evening went. Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Rezension, aber ich hatte jedoch das Gefühl, dass ich gerade auf diese Gelegenheit hatte. So war es ein Samstagabend, und ich war für meinen Geburtstagsmehl gegangen, um nur wenige Minuten warten, um ein Getränk zu servieren, da sie nur Mitglieder von den Mitarbeitern hatten die Bar. Das Personal war nicht sehr hilfsbereit und nicht sehr freundlich und nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten, gaben sie uns ein totes Auge, was sehr unhöflich war. Ich werde mit Sicherheit nicht zu diesem hungrigen Pferd zurückkehren und sagen, ich arbeite auf einem fairen Platz und folge Teilen der Speisekarte für hungrige Pferde Ich war sehr enttäuscht von seinem heutigen Abend. Myself and my colleague visited on Monday 23rd October 2023. We came for food and drinks. Firstly I'd like to say how friendly Reece and Lauren were towards us both, both welcoming and cheerful which is what makes a customers day. Secondly the food was absolutely amazing and excellent value for money especially as it was steak monday. I had my steak rare, it was cooked to perfection. Very tasty too. We ordered drinks and Reece and Lauren both served us at different times efficiently and promptly. We stayed for few drinks after food and was talking to Lauren as she explained Reece was training to cash up so while he went and cashed up we finished our drinks and went off we popped... we would...
