The food was delicious! Well priced and there were so, so many options. There was however, a huge lump of plastic in my coleslaw, and it happened to the table next to us. However, rhe server was incredibly nice about it, re-funding my meal and offering more free food. Judging by their reaction, I don't think it happens often. Visited for an evening meal with 3 friends. The meals arrived at vastly different times which was disappointing. I had the cheeseburger which was undercooked with red meat in the middle. The garlic bread with cheese was poor and tasted like the cheap range from a supermarket. The sundae I had for dessert was no better. Given the price and reviews I expected far better. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Hopefully just a bad night but given the experience I wouldn't rush back.

Very disappointed with the valentines meal tonight. Very small portions and not value for money especially the gluten free option. Rosso lounge is our go to place but recently has noticed the chefs have gone down hill. No salmon in December for eggs Benedict??? Under cooked and small portions not value for money. And for the managers to then change there valentine pick a table for a free meal come on… We come ere every weekend the staff and coffee are lovely but will go else were for evening meals better food and better quality at the Indian across the car park

Visited here whilst passing through. Having used a venue from the same company previously, we kinda knew what to expect, but was disappointed here. The service was lackadaisical, the food not much better. Had to ask for the Beans to be heated up (were cold) and also had to ask for butter for the toast. The Eggs were ‘rubbery’. The Staff seem to almost run away from your table not wanting to engage or wait for any further requests. The Christmas music was far too loud and sounded more like a disco venue. At nearly £50 we’d have expected much better. Parking: One hour free parking outside. If you can find a space that is! Speisekarte ansehen
