We had what must count as the best fish and chips we have ever had while the service exceeded expectations. You would be hard-pressed to find warmer, more welcoming publicans. Kazik and Sonja, we will be back!

I made a reservation here for dinner on a midweek night in December. The food was amazing and reasonably priced, and we felt very welcomed. Based on this experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Royal George for a multi-course meal and drinks afterward. Thank you!

The restaurant has a truly welcoming atmosphere and a fantastic vibe. It's evident that a lot of effort went into redesigning the space, which contributes positively to the overall ambiance. The food was excellent, with a diverse menu to choose from; however, keep in mind that the prices are more in line with a restaurant than a pub.

We had a family gathering for a late Christmas celebration on Saturday, and I wanted to highlight how wonderful Kaz and Sonya were in accommodating a gluten-free family member. They went above and beyond by sourcing gluten-free beer just for him and making adjustments to their menu. We all had a fantastic time, and I would definitely recommend The George to everyone!
