Rudis - Speisekarte

Poor food poor service 3 course Xmas meal , all courses were not good , cold tasteless and very small serving Service was slow

Well I must say the most unwelcoming bar I have been in for the last 10 years we came in escorted to a table we asked to go to to another table and he went hmmmmm ok, the bar staff have obviously had a death in the family as they are unremarkably miserable Get a grip Rude/ies Stay away

My friend and I went into Rudis quite late on Sunday evening My friend was unfortunately unwell while in thereThe staff member told me if I needed any tissue or cleaning products I would have to get them myself from the toilets I personally will never step foot in that place every again

Service was very slow, sat for 10mins before anyone took our order and when it did arrive one of the drinks was completely wrong (we only ordered 2 drinks) If your going to offer table service I’d suggest doing it right or provide better training to the staff to ensure the customers aren’t left waiting and disappointed.

We recently had our 30th birthday at Rudis, with a brunch for 50 people and then hiring the Tiger Room upstairs. Rachel helped us the whole way through organising everything and was so accommodating. Tom and his team were amazing on the day, nothing was too much trouble and made sure we had a fantastic day night. Thank you so much!

Only critism that I have was there was no actual menu you had to look at it on your phone as a lady over 50 I found this very difficult and had to have help from the lovely waiter . Some of us older people struggle with seeing things on tiny screens and it spoilt the start of our lunch . However the food was good and the service excellent but please keep a few real menus for people who struggle!!!!

So hotel all food areas closed, what to do. Didn't really know the area so a wander around and found Rudi's glad we did. Outside of course because of the rules, but heaters over tables. Great waiters, food a bit basic, but much better than non, and great atmosphere. It was so good we eat there both days we were in the area. Glad you are there, and if I am back in the area when you are open inside as well I will be back.

Went to Rudis with my girlfriend to watch sport and have food. Never had such a great welcome to a bar before. The staff were really friendly and the beer was great. Moreover, the food was delicious. What made the night was the manager who made the effort to ensure everybody was having a fab time and came around to ensure allNeeds were catered for. Can’t remember his name but he was a big guy cuddly bear kind of man with ginger hair. I think he the staff called him big Sausage.

We came for a hen party and had a private room upstairs. We did a cocktail making class which was well run and great fun. We then had a 3 course sit down meal. The food was exceptional and there was plenty of it. The service that we received at all times was brilliant and we were all made to feel like we were valued customers. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great evening. If ever I you are looking for a small venue for an intimate party I would definitely recommend Rudis.
