I felt as though I was being invited into someone's home with a warm welcome at this restaurant. The staff explained the menu and provided recommendations. The food was delicious, flavorful, and unique. It was a wonderful experience overall.

This restaurant was amazing. The food was excellent - especially the vegetarian dish I had as my main course, which was the best I had during my stay in London. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also fantastic. Overall, an excellent place.

The meal was delicious and the service was excellent. We took a risk by coming here for a birthday party, but we were drawn in by the innovative menu and made a reservation for an early evening dinner. We were impressed by the attentive service and the unique flavors of the meal. We had to let go of our traditional expectations of sauces and ask the waitress about the menu, but we were pleasantly surprised by everything we tried, from the garam masala with curry leaf cheeks as appetizers to the puffy desserts. Our taste buds were truly enchanted.

I chose the tasting menu with non-alcoholic pairings at this restaurant. The service was a bit mixed, with the pairing being good but clumsy and not well-timed with the dishes. I had to ask three times for the pairings. The restaurant wasn't full at the time. The signature dish was full of flavors (Arepa, Eggplant sambal, Bergamot Labneh), but then I received the BBQ Corn Fed Chicken, Turnip cake, Cubeb pepper caramel served raw and pink. I made timid excuses, but they didn't take my plate away. I was expecting them to replace it, but they took their time and timidly asked if I wanted a piece of fish instead. The restaurant was empty when we arrived for our reservation. We were not attended to as promptly as we should have been. Another table was seated not too long after us and were served right away. When a restaurant is as empty as this with plentiful staff, service should have been much better. Our plates were not cleared or changed after each course. We had to ask for this. With food this pungent and flavorful, plate changes should be a given. We also had to repeatedly ask for water. There was a very cursory explanation of each dish, and the recitations were rushed and rote. The dishes were so unusual, it would have been nice if the servers acted as if they cared.
