Really nice place to celebrate a special birthday. We had the set menu which was delicious and treated ourselves to some lovely cocktails. Owen served us and was lovely. Another pleasant experience at The Glasshouse by Seasons. Beautiful restaurant and super lovely staff. Food was delicious, but we're disappointed to see how much the prices have gone up! Thank you for a wonderful lunch today! There were four of us, and we were seated at a lovely table with a bench by the olive tree. Every single staff member was fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience; the service was exceptional. The kitchen was very accommodating as well, allowing us to make some changes to a couple of dishes—nothing was too much trouble. Every starter, main course, and dessert was excellent. Thank you for a delightful festive lunch; we will definitely be back! Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas!

Seasons Kitchen used to be wonderful, but unfortunately our experience today was dreadful. We both ordered burgers, and they were overcooked and quality wise tasted like something you’d order at a chain like TGI Fridays. The chips also tasted like oven chips, when in previous experiences they’d been divine. Service was a bit slow, and the glasshouse roof is in desperate need of a clean. The table behind us had their meal fully comped as their order was wrong three times, and then the quality was subpar. They also asked what had happened, as their previous experiences were so good. We were very disappointed and I won’t be coming back. I look forward to seeing what Longacres are building hopef...

Well I’m writing this to warn others. My daughter has a sever nut allergy. On booking we told them, on entering we told them, on ordering we told them, the menu clearly marks which foods are nut free. When she chose the Christmas pudding. I asked the waitress to check. Even though the menu said ok. Thank goodness she did. It contains nuts she advised after checking. I phoned the restaurant at 9am this morning having not slept with thoughts of what if. Also as there was no apology from any one senior at the time. When I explained. The manager said oh I will look into this and get back to you. Well 10.5 hours on. not even a. Call back.
