Lovely food that is well priced and cooked quickly. Happy to assist with dietary requirements with no fuss or comment. Lovely staff and nice views of the seafront. Seating was comfortable and you don't feel crammed in.

The coffee is a bit expensive, but it's decent. I was disappointed to find out that the teacake costs £3 and already had margarine spread on it, which was not to my liking. I wouldn't recommend this place and I won't be coming back.

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to with this restaurant. The food is terrible. The fish and chips were the worst we've ever had. We went here because most places were shut mid afternoon and terrible weather) the seating is fixed and a little tight, the service was alright. We had fish and chips, and it was ok as a cafe meal, but we would go to a fish and chip restaurant next time . You get what you pay for,it filled the spot but there are better places for fish and chips.

Inexpensive and cheerful restaurant with a clean environment and friendly staff. The service was very fast and efficient, and the food was decent, although the chips were nothing special and the tea was lukewarm. I would consider returning for a meal, as it satisfied my hunger and I appreciate the polite service. However, I would probably skip the tea next time.

My family and I had a pleasant lunch at this restaurant with our toddler. The food was affordable and delicious - we ordered sandwiches and a bowl of chips which were cooked perfectly. We chose to sit upstairs to avoid inconveniencing other diners with our stroller, and the staff kindly offered to bring a highchair for our little one. I have been a regular at Seaview Diner for years. My mom lives in Teignmouth and it is one of her favorite restaurants. Since I moved to Torbay, I have been visiting more often as it is conveniently located next to the bus stop to my house. I often grab a coffee and enjoy the view while I wait for my bus. The all-day breakfast is delicious, but their burgers are some of the best I have ever tasted! The layout of the restaurant allows many tables to have a view of sunny Teignmouth.

We enjoyed a pleasant lunch at this restaurant. The menu had a variety of options at reasonable prices, with generous portions and fast service from friendly staff. The only minor criticism is that the seating is a bit cramped, especially for larger or taller individuals. However, we would definitely return next time we are in the area. Overall, we had two great experiences here! I cannot comment on other dishes as we did not try them, but the burger, omelette, and baguette were delicious!

Maybe it was because they were busy, but that has to be the worst food we have ever been served. The meal consisted of cod and chips. My wife and I were so disgusted by the food served to us we walked out leaving the food all bar a couple of chips. Firstly this is a diner and takeaway, the staff took the order and money for the food in the diner but then served the takeaway first leaving the customers in the diner waiting for ages. Secondly, when the 'Food ' finally arrived 'and in my opinion ' the cod was clearly cooked from frozen, barely warm, undercooked, very watery and of extremely poor quality. We walked out in disgust.
