The staff at the restaurant were lovely, friendly, and efficient. We tried the vegan tiffin cake, which was delicious, as well as the burrito and soup for lunch, both of which were very enjoyable. The views overlooking the river were absolutely stunning.

this place has beautiful attentive staff, affordable eating, has the best scones and is very clean. the personal is very courteous and also dog-friendly. this is very close to the beach and the place we stayed is just a few doors from him, so I visited this place during my stay in shaldon. I recommend this restaurant.

I recently stopped at this lovely spot for a non-alcoholic beer during my trip, and I was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. Even though I didn't try the food myself, it looked delicious and my companions thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The restaurant offers a wide variety of options and plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. I would definitely come back here again in the future.

I stumbled upon this fantastic place on a cold and windy Monday in January. I treated myself to a delicious full English Captain's breakfast, complete with two eggs, two tasty sausages, bacon, hash browns, beans, mushrooms, and fried bread. I also enjoyed a pot of tea. The prices were reasonable, the service was quick, and the staff were friendly. The cafe had a great atmosphere and offered lovely views of Shaldon beach.
