We had 3 tasty meals that’s was reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and was helpful with allergen information. The only complaint is that the menu is hard to understand the first time you go.

This restaurant is still a fantastic choice for delicious food with a wide variety and exceptional quality. However, it tends to get really crowded and noisy, with many children and groups celebrating hen parties.

We attended last night for an adhoc family meal, we have used Peppers extensively in the past and never really had any complaints however last night was very disappointing. The burger was very tough, dry and difficult to cut, so much so I had to leave it. The pepper sauce whilst ok was a bit bland and not really peppery. Come on guys, get back to how you were before.

Ordered at 5.30 to be told to pick up at7.10pm, sat waiting in the restaurant (near the toilets) for half an hour before they realised they had the name wrong. Food was awful. Burgers were dry and the sauce had dried up where it was obviously sitting for ages. Bbq spare ribs were more fat than meat! We spent over £50 to feed 4 and I’d rather had gone to Mac Donald’s. Don’t wast your money or your time waiting. Such a shame.

Haven’t been here for years so thought we’d try it. The place was busy (as always) and good atmosphere. But, what happened to the lovely huge salad you used to get with every meal?? Also, the waitresses seemed so fed up, like, when they we’re waiting to take our order but a couple of us were undecided it was so obvious they didn’t want to be standing there, felt quite uncomfortable. We have been visiting this restaurant for over 20 years now, as it never fails to have a lively atmosphere and serve the best burgers. Despite the 65 mile round trip, we only book here when we visit the Marina Theatre. Although we are not typically burger fans, these burgers are always delicious and juicy. Every time we say we will try something else from the menu, but we always end up ordering the burgers again! We hope that they will open a branch in Norwich soon, but until then, we will continue to visit when we are in Lowestoft. Joanne is always there and she leads an excellent team.

I recently visited a restaurant in Lowestoft after 10 years and was extremely disappointed. My family and I were seated in the basement without proper service and had to endure a noisy kids birthday party nearby. The meals we ordered were subpar, with my dry beef burger and lackluster Chile French Fries being the standout disappointments. My daughter's Cheese Deluxe burger was far from deluxe, and my son's BBQ burger was overly soaked in sauce. The only decent meal was my wife's scampi, fries, and side salad. The onion rings were reheated and unappetizing. Overall, the poor quality of food and service have left me with no desire to return to this restaurant.

The food overall was nice, burgers were good and steak was enjoyed too. The experience was odd though. We dealt with at least 6 different servers throughout our 90 minute stay and were asked if we wanted drinks 3 times by 3 different people before even placing food order. All felt a bit unorganised. Ordered a Dr Pepper ice cream float and was brought out a can of Dr Pepper, an empty glass and a bowl of ice cream, why is it a DIY float? And the glass was too small for ingredients provided. When asked for sauces we wanted tomato sauce, mayo and BBQ sauce. We were told it's an additional charge for BBQ sauce which is bizarre for a burger restaurant but we thought okay that will only be 50p or £... Speisekarte ansehen
