A warm welcome from all and staff were friendly and attentive throughout, including chatting to our 7 year old. The outstanding food was an added bonus!

I was impressed by the cleanliness of this pub. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, welcoming us and showing us to our table. The food was outstanding, especially the smothered chicken dish which I highly recommend.

My sister and I met up for dinner really impressed with the pub itself very spacious and very nicely decorated and clean. Very warm welcome and lovely, attentive staff. We shared a starter of squid which was fabulous. I had a summer special which was fillet steak with cheesy gnocchi and it was just absolute perfection. Cooked perfectly and so tasty! The sauce was literally to die for. We then shared a caramelised vanilla cheesecake which was absolutely delicious too! Really impressed all round and would highly recommend!

We had a rare treat which was to go for lunch with my family during working hours. We were not disappointed at all and everything from the service to the quality of food was absolutely spot on. We were all made to feel very welcome by the wonderful and attentive staff who couldn’t do enough for us. We will all be returning when ever the opportunity aris and I would highly recommend to anyone. I also noticed the beer garden was being set up across the road which will only make this place even more inviting on those warm summer days. Thanks again for a lovely experience, Mike

We came for dinner to celebrate my dad's birthday on Tuesday, 3rd Oct. We were served by Lily and another lovely young lady but were very taken with Lily's attention to detail and her bright, happy attitude. The food was amazing, really tasty, and cooked beautifully, so thanks to the chefs as well, lol. But Lily really made the evening special, and we just wanted to say thank you. My mum was telling her about the ginger cake I made for my dad, and she was very intrigued, so as a thank you, I wanted to bring her some. So there is some very gingery cake waiting for you which was handed to a lovely gent behind the bar. Thank you again Lily and Shipley Bridge for a fantastic evening! Speisekarte ansehen
