I have visited Siempre several times after long bike rides, and I must say it is a fantastic place to stop for a meal after cycling. It is also a great spot to visit even if you are not biking.

"great place, beautiful vegan cuisine, especially the Buddha bowls. eating is super colorful, but above all, it is amazingly delicious. it is very well thought out and each component is delicious, but everything is well balanced together. the personal is attentive and friendly, the ambiente very pleasant and the toilets are clean and well equipped. not very accessible as they must be able to go down to enter, but it is dog friendly and the coffee is delicious!"
