"When arriving there is nowhere to say you need to go upstairs for your booking. There were no staff to be seen we just chanced it going upstairs after standing waiting to find someone for 10 minutes. We then waited over an hour for food yet everyone who came in after us we’re served within 20 minutes and even left.. When we asked about where the food was we were asked what we ordered so we said a platter about and 10 minutes later we were bought the wrong one. When I explained this they asked if I had a receipt which I didn’t just the notification on my Apple Pay as they didn’t give me one. I was asked to go to the bar to explain the situation to the person I ordered with who printed the receipt to prove I’d ordered. I had to explain the situation about 5 times to another staff member then the chef and finally the manager. No one actually offered a solution I was just told the kitchen never received the order so I asked can we have the right thing so they said yes yet nothing else was to be offered by them so I said we’ve waited over an hour we’re starving, going to be late is there nothing else you can do they agreed to a drink each but it was awkward to even have had to asked."

The waiters took ages to serves us. The food came warm/ some parts of it were cold. Took too long in there!! Not happy at all considering we paid over £40 for average food.

Food was good but we were a party of four sat on a very small table that should have been for 2. We couldn’t fit all our food/drinks on the table so had to have some things on the floor! Not ideal!

Despite advising one person was vegan and vegan options were on the menu we were unable to order anything vegan! By this time we had drinks so had to pay for them and left to go to Byron Burgers where we had an excellent meal. Very poor being vegan is hardly unusual anymore.

Booked meal for 5.30last Friday with OpenTable in the 02 , arrived at 5.15 only to be told our name wasn't on the list we were then told they were full up.You should try and find a restaurant at that time of night.Not happy at all.That was the first time and last time we will use this.

We waited 40 mins to order or food. An hour later the waiter re took the order as he forgot to put it through. The manager said he’s new and he needs time to bed the staff in. However on walking out it was obviously the manager was one of the lads, not a manager. Clear lack of managerial attention upstairs. Shame as we was really looking forward to our meal.

Unfortunately, what was meant to be a pleasant start to our evening quickly turned into a stressful experience. We had a reservation for 6 PM since we had tickets to see Michael Ball and Alfie Boe at 8 PM, but we only received our table at 6:15 PM. After ordering our food, we were informed that there would be an hour wait. In reality, we waited an hour and fifteen minutes, and we only received our meals after we raised our concerns.
