It was very well positioned,the staff were very professional i had a bit of food drink.it was really nice good value for money

This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is delicious, and I highly recommend the chicken cake. The service is excellent, as are the prices. If you're visiting O2, you definitely need to check this place out!

Went just before a concert. And was extremely busy. Bar staff were great! Lady that kept serving me was doing 3 to 4 people at once! Was a great atmosphere. Never had any problems in the past when coming here either...

The location of this Slug and Lettuce is what can drag down the quality of atmosphere and service. Understandably the O2 is a major event/concert venue so on an event night all the restaurants and bars are at max capacity which puts a strain on service time and staff. I visited the restaurant yesterday without a reservation before attending a concert at the O2 and was promptly seated. The service was exceptional and very efficient. We only ordered dessert after being asked if we received our food, and the staff went to the kitchen to check on it. The gentleman who served us was lovely, and the entire team was friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed the meal!

Unfortunately, what was meant to be a pleasant start to our evening quickly turned into a stressful experience. We had a reservation for 6 PM since we had tickets to see Michael Ball and Alfie Boe at 8 PM, but we only received our table at 6:15 PM. After ordering our food, we were informed that there would be an hour wait. In reality, we waited an hour and fifteen minutes, and we only received our meals after we raised our concerns. This left us with barely any time to enjoy our dinner before having to rush out. We didn't even have a chance to consider dessert. Once seated, we waited an hour to be served, while several tables that arrived after us were attended to and had their meals served in just 20 minutes. When we inquired about our order, we were merely asked what we had ordered. After mentioning our dish, we were brought the wrong items about 10 minutes later. When I pointed out the mistake, they asked if I had a receipt, which I didn’t, since they hadn’t provided one. I was then directed to the bar to explain the situation to the person I ordered from, along with proof of my order.
