"For authentic dhaba-style Indian dishes, look no further than this small restaurant opposite Mestre station. It's my top recommendation over any fancy Indian eatery in the city. During my five-day stay in Venice, I ate here three nights in a row. The food is exceptional, and you can ask the waiter to customize the flavors to your liking. The dal tadka paired perfectly with the jeera rice, and I couldn't get enough. The staff is incredibly friendly and chatty. "local overrated: the environment is similar to that of a sandwich with the “boxes” that welcome guests with a particularly uncomfortable seat. the menu is vast and offers a choice of meat and fish. certainly better meat, since the choice of fish, in appearance wide, is actually quite reduced. the desire to look like restaurant is there, but it is not particularly successful: the raw is insufficient, the Catalan of astice has mainly cherry tomatoes, in addition to an astic “mini”.
