It's simple, I discovered the Spaghetteri'Aldo two months ago, and since then I returned three times (and it's not close to stopping). Their pasta is excellent and generous. The milanese **** is falling. Probably the best Italian restaurant in Perpignan, go there with your eyes closed.

I’ve been in this restaurant for 10 years and I’ve never been disappointed with the kitchen! On the other hand, I was very disappointed to see that prices had risen by almost 50%. Carbonara pasta has grown from €9.5 to €13.5 in one year! Another restaurant that benefits from inflation to increase its prices in an irrational way, it’s a shame...
