Burn chicken. I do t what else I should say. And also member of staff having chicken service are which is not a problem but after finishes his food without washing his hands and going to cooking area. Hmmm I am not sure if this is normal.

Chicken wasn't fresh as it was a bit hard. Cleanliness didn't exist. Fly's were roaming the tables, cutlery didn't look clean although the manager stated that it was from the dishwasher and how they dried! (With oil around the forks! Manager didn't even apologize! Dined in with my friends Sunday Night, and Chloe was the best server we’ve ever had in Nandos! She was so kind and caring with our table, and made sure that we were happy with our meal and took the best care of us all. All 5 of us kept saying this during the meal and after, so please pass our thanks to Chloe, as we left without thanking her. Thank you so much! Best, the 2 guys and 3 girls :

Server who meets you at the front door rolled his eyes at me when I asked for a receipt (needed for work). I got the impression that he couldn't be bothered taking my order. My meal then sat on the counter for 10 minutes, I went over to ask if I could take it myself in the end as it was going cold and I was sat directly opposite. The girl said no and said she would follow me to the table with it. She brought the food without any words, or even a smile after I'd said thanks. Less than good customer service as a whole, won't be returning.

I recently visited Nando's on Goodge Street on a scorching hot day, 26th of June around 2000 HRS, and the experience left much to be desired. The restaurant felt like a sauna, with no ventilation whatsoever. It was extremely uncomfortable, especially given the high temperatures outside. One positive note is that the server was accommodating and didn't insist on seating us in the crowded middle section. We appreciated being able to sit at a table for two. However, the food was a major disappointment. Despite arriving within five minutes, the Peri-Peri chicken was cold and tasted like it had been microwaved rather than grilled.
