Fantastic place for a family meal the food was delicious and good portion sizes. The staff are super friendly. Ally made sure we had everything we needed and created a great atmosphere. We Will definitely be returning in the future.

my wife and I are going to die regularly and before we go, I always book well before we go to get a table as it is always busy! the personal and the eating are excellent. they would recommend to try this if they go after dying, but remember to book well in advance!

We had our sons 4th birthday party in the softplay and it was a fantastic experience! We were very well taken care of, kids all had a great time and it was a very stress free event as Rhona and Natalie (i think thats their names) took care of everything and were very accomodating!

the breakfast was really good and a good value for money. we went when the breakfast was up with the Christmas man and the children loved it. the play zone was booked for them exclusively and they gave the children a great breakfast buffet with pieces on speckwurst Hasch-Brauen, mini muffins and mint cake and lots of juice. the Christmas man was even in the play zone with the children who thought they were brilliant.

when my daughter was at a birthday party, I had come to an early piece with my son. it wasn't busy. the staff was very friendly. the food came fast. the breakfast menu was somewhat elegant. my son ordered the fruity pancakes, who said they came with berries, earthy and blue berries, but when it arrived, it was only blue berries that were a little disappointing, since he actually wanted to bury only, but I did not ask to change it.

I was a solo dinner tonight for lunch. I was shown to my table by john, who was very friendly, attentive and professional for the whole visit. the selection of the food on the menu was really good, there were some things I wanted to choose, but went for the luxury mac and cheese. I hope the photo makes it easy as it perfectly cooked and tasted great. the restaurant is always clean, tidy and well maintained and the entire staff I spoke to during my meal was so friendly. many thanks for a beautiful meal!

I cannot praise the staff at Springkerse enough for their excellent service on Sunday, January 14th. From the moment we arrived until we left, we were warmly welcomed and nothing was too much trouble for them. The presence of a large soft-play area was a great addition for our family get-together, especially with young children in tow. We were seated in a slightly separate area which allowed us to chat without disturbing other guests. The service was efficient and friendly, and we will definitely return for our next family gathering.

a nice place gluten-free menu looked good, but they had no roll available (problem with delivery of the morning apparently). I was calculated over £11 for a burgerpatty, a teaspoon of pulled pork and a piece of processed cheese. this did not come with another side than the “Salad” (a bowl of unannounced raw white wobble, 1,5 tomato and salate). service was slow but friendly. plates were covered with fat fingerprints. soft game was not available. I would avoid this place if there is even a single other option that is open within 20 miles.

After dining at this restaurant today, we were informed by the staff that there was a problem in the kitchen and they were short-staffed. Despite the longer wait, we understood the situation and appreciated that the service was still timely. After dinner, although I didn't want to complain, I mentioned that my meal wasn't to my liking. The staff member, who unfortunately I didn't get the name of, and the cook went above and beyond to rectify the situation by offering various replacements. They handled the unpredictable situation remarkably well, and we will definitely be returning in the future. Great job in making the best out of a challenging circumstance!
