"Wonderful place. Always feels celebratory even for a glass of wine and a light bite. Have gone back time and time again and never once been disappointed. The only qualm I have is that I hate service charge being added to the bill. The staff are uniformly fantastic they really do make the place and I'd sooner the guarantee of handing them their tip myself at the end of the night (having worked in service myself I know just how easily the process of incorporation can be abused, and how the servers themselves can end up missing out on money they have earned through skill and hard work."

The food was nice, but it felt pricey for what it was and the portion sizes. We took a good look at the menu, and we would have been disappointed if we had paid full price for the experience.

The restaurant offers an excellent variety of intriguing small plates and provides attentive service. There is a great selection of unique vegetarian options. The beets are stunning, and the venison and lamb cutlets are outstanding alternatives to a traditional Sunday dinner. Additionally, the wine selection is impressive. The venue has plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere right by the quayside.
