"I accidentally ordered from a store that does not serve Halal and straight away within seconds realised that. I called the store as well as head office to request a cancellation but neither could do. I was told to cancel on the app but its a pity that after having me wait 10 minutes I was told that I can’t cancel in the app either. I was really furious at this below par service. The only reason of not consuming the food was due to religious reasons but its a shame that you can’t cancel your order at all once placed at ‘the fresh’ subway! Dietary restrictions: No halal"

I went through the drive-thru and the staff member was very friendly, but I was disappointed with the sub. There was hardly any salad and too much hot sauce. I recommend going inside to supervise your order. Ratings: Food - 2, Service - 5, Atmosphere - 3.

At 10:55, my companions and I tried to order a breakfast sandwich at Subway, but we were informed by a staff member that they would not serve us since it was almost 11:00. Despite the breakfast menu still being displayed and the sign still up outside, they refused to serve us. Service: 1.

I am genuinely angry at waiting 30 minutes in drive through when there was only 2 cars in front. If you cannot manage the extra time it takes to run one then do not open it. I ordered a veggie sandwich but received an egg inside bread with nothing else, and it was squashed. When I told the staff about the mistake, they simply handed me a box of hash browns and mentioned that the person serving me was new. However, there was no apology and it took 20 minutes to fix the order. The service, food, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1. The cost per person was between £1-10 for a brunch meal.

Problems with my takeaway order, which was only opened when home: asked for lots of sauce in footlong and genuinely received the least I've ever seen asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread but received Italian (was clear on the order) footlong wasn't cut in the middle. Not even attempted. Normally wouldn't bat an eyelid but adding to the list subway salad had minimal sauce in it, similar to the sub Did the servers just not like us or have a chip on their shoulder for extra sauce askers?
