"We experienced a slow-moving queue at this restaurant, with preference given to pickup orders. Despite it being half empty, we decided to dine in due to being in a hurry, which turned out to be a big mistake. Our food was cold, with one dish even being freezing despite supposedly being freshly cooked in the oven. The ordering process was confusing, as I was required to give my order, specify the salad, and pay all at once, even though I hadn't finished giving my full order. I was also informed that I could not have salad on my sandwich, which was surprising as I have had the same request fulfilled at other Subway locations without any issues. The hot food we did receive was decent, but lacked the usual Subway toppings, apparently due to new restrictions."

Went in for a coffee at 22:40 to be told that they were closing and they’d cleaned the coffee machine. Asked what time they closed, the answer was now. (22:40) as they shut the door on us. So not the time in the website of 23:00 then? Speisekarte ansehen

I ordered a wrap on uber eats and it had almost no salad at all depsite ordering most veggies, also ordered cheese and got none. I have ordered from other subways and the wrap is full of so many veggies. Don't go here not worth the money.

I really enjoyed the vegan meatball option at Subway and decided to dine in after receiving fast and friendly service. Kes, the employee behind the counter, made my sandwich perfectly and even offered me vegan cheese to accompany the meatless meatballs. Overall, it was a great experience.

I was in Cambridge with family and we wanted something quick and simple so decided to go for a salad at Subway. Sadly what we wanted to order (Teryaki Chicken) was not available but we were able to have an alternative. One of the staff who served me did not have very good listening skills as I said I did not want tomato and he then went to put tomato on my salad. We ordered from this restaurant through Deliveroo and it was truly one of the worst food delivery experiences we've ever had. Our subs were missing the salads and sauces we requested, and instead, they just threw on random fillings that made them impossible to eat. For example, they put olives, jalapenos, gherkins, and chipotle sauce in a breakfast sub - absolutely disgusting. It's clear that customer service and reputation are not priorities for the staff at this Subway location. We will never order from here again.

I went into Subway on Emmanuel Street in Cambridge at 7.40pm Sunday evening to buy a drink as it was freezing cold and I had to wait for my bus. I bought a beverage and sat down. After about 3 minutes the girl behind the counter told me to leave as they were closing at 8 and only selling takeaway items. I explained that she ought to have told me take before I bought the drink and it was freezing cold outside. All I got was a shrug (and some frost bite). Rubbish customers relations, will never set foot in this place again.
