Have been popping in all week for a drink as here on holiday but tonight picked up a take away. God it was lush, freshly cooked fish and chips and sausage and chips. If back in the area will be returning. Dog friendly. Thank you for your warm welcome

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is fresh and delicious, the staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is lovely. We ordered the homemade fish and chips, which were all made fresh - no frozen food here! The bar staff's welcoming was exceptional, one of them even described as an absolute angel.

Sat in the car in the car park for 10 minutes on a phone call as I was intending to go to petrrol station next door. Dark no lights in car park to get £100 parking charge for 10 minutes Car park was fairly deserted and didn’t see any signs Looks a **** pub too, won’t be going back there ever again! The fish and chips served on Fridays are outstanding at this restaurant. I have frequented this place regularly and enjoy stopping by for a pint as well. There is a large sign at the entrance regarding parking, as well as on the doors leading into the pub. Unfortunately, there are a few individuals who do not pay attention to or read the signs.

I met up with a friend for a drink at this restaurant, then drove home. A few days later, I received a parking fine for £60. When I went back to the restaurant, I noticed the parking sign. They ended up reducing the fine to £20. This ended up being the most expensive pint I've ever had. I won't be returning to this restaurant. I recommend going to the pub on the other side of the traffic lights instead.

Hello, travelers, a few days ago I was visiting Selby and stopped to have a coffee and today I found myself with a 30-minute parking fine, but I'm having a coffee at your location. (this is a joke), pub 100% not recommended. (I have been calling and no one answers the phone to make a complaint).
