Really amazing food, each course was yummy. The tuna was cooked perfectly and my ragu pasta was good.

Difficile poter fare di meglio, cibo ottimo, crudi super freschi, cantina divina, dulcis in fundo personale premuroso e super attento, prezzo giustissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Wife and I stayed at the Canne Bianche Hotel for a week: the T_Imo is their main restaurant used for breakfast and dinner (lunch is served in another restaurant). We could not fault the quality of the food, the cooking and the service at dinner. All matched the overall quality of the hotel. What was a potential problem was that the menus did not change at all so it could become repetitive. We had a hire car so we could go to other restaurants in the vicinity.

Were hotel guests in the canne bianche home so we decided to try its well recommended restaurant. This was the absolutely right decision due we‘re from Switzerland, we could not await for italian kitchen quality, its great tastes, perfect seafood and wow pastas! So we came here as 4, enjoyed a great evening and could go and visit the wine cellar to chose our different bubbles and wines. Thank u, for this experience! Food, Staff and location was so good! The only thing: As we tried to order my kind of vitamines laurent perrier rosé, which is really a guarant for a headache free next day, even if u drink like a lill‘more), was sold out. We were staying at the hotel so of course decided to try the in house restaurant. The restaurant was very busy (not because of the quality of the food but because most people in the hotel were stick with it as no hire car! . Service was very efficient until we got to our Secondi at which point we waited for well over an hour and when it did arrive I couldn't eat it as it was terrible. Wine is also VERY expensive considering wine in every other restaurant in Puglia is so cheap and stunning! Our wine was 40 euros despite the fact you can buy in most other restaurants for 8-15 euros. Abbiamo cenato altre volte in questo posto, anche a ferragosto, e siamo sempre rimasti soddisfatti, tranne in questa occasione. Accoglienza come sempre superlativa, ordino tartare di tonno, mi viene portato il piatto e presentato come tartare di manzo. Prima di cominciare chiamo il cameriere chiedendo conferma di cosa fosse e-piatto intatto- mi viene chiesto e ribadita la richiesta che non lo avessi toccato. Riportato il piatto in tavola, il cameriere mi riferisce di essersi confrontato con lo chef, ignaro del fatto che lo avessi visto dialogare con il maitre che, anziché venire al tavolo, ha deriso un cliente.
