This was my first time ordering from Taipan, and the delivery arrived within the hour as promised. The food was outstanding, and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

The best Chinese takeout in Wycombe was disappointing tonight due to delivery delays. We placed an order at 6pm and were still waiting at 9pm. When we called to inquire about the status, we were initially told it would be another 25 minutes. After waiting an additional 30 minutes and calling back, we were told it would only be 10 more minutes. When we asked if the order had been sent out yet, we were informed that it hadn't. We ultimately decided to cancel our order. This issue needs to be addressed by the restaurant.

Ordered from Taipan Downley and was extremely disappointed. Firstly ordered the chicken starter which was soggy and luke warm. Paid 25p per dish for extra chillies and the food did not have extra chillies. I rang Taipan to explain the issue with the food and that it was completely lacking flavour I was told that I should expect this as they were extremely busy! Even if the restaurant is busy this shouldn’t be an excuse for the poor quality of food and service. The man on the phone did not apologise for the quality of food and continued to blame it on the fact they were busy. I am not happy and will not be ordering from here again!

Ordered from Taipan as this is my regular Chinese takeaway. Today we were extremely disappointed with the service and quality of food. Firstly we were told it would take 1hr 15mins, having called them after that time to ask how long the food will be I was told it’s on the way. The food arrived 35 minutes later! We started eating the crispy chicken pieces which were completely soggy, cold and tasteless. We then tried the remainder of the order and again it was luke warm. When I rang back to explain the dissatisfaction, the call taker was clueless stating the driver was to blame.
