I highly recommend this place to everyone who want to experience something authentic: Food was best I've eaten in Sardinia: Everything homemade (also wine , local, great quality. Better not to eat anything the day before, because amount is enormous, and you will surely want to eat every little piece: Owners were so nice! Perfect atmosphere, charming place, a cat-resident to be petted; Will be back for sure someday

As a real Sardinian I can tell you this is definitely the best Agriturismo I have tried so far. We finished every single dish, each of them was so tasty there was no time to take pictures. The quality is high and the quantity is very abundant. The place is managed by a local family who was very warm and gentle, we enjoyed every single minute there and I cannot wait to be back soon. I still dream of that tasty sheep meat! Thank you so much again for such a great night!

Lovely small and intimate restaurant in the hills. We were 30mins late (my fault for thinking it was 8.30 instead of 8pm) however the guy was relaxed and brought out the dishes we had missed in quick succession. This is our 3rd agritutismo experience and the quality of food here is the best. The suckling pig was delicious, moist with real crispy skin. Only feedback would be for portions to be in line with the number of eaters at the table. Wd were 3 big guys and a woman, and our portions were similar to a table of 2. However the guy was kind to offer us additional pig seeing the guys were still hungry! 2 adorable dogs to keep guests entertained too. Highly recommend, €35pp.

Enjoying an agriturismo meal with a group of food loving friends was truly one of the greatest moments of my life, a memory that I will cherish for a very long time. A beautiful, scenic drive from Orosei, Tanca e Gaia is a cozy, welcoming space at the top of a hill overlooking a rugged valley. We were greeted with warm bread and delicious wine, as we eagerly waited for our meal. We had no idea what we were in for. For 30 Euros per person, we ate like kings for 2.5 hours in 10 courses. We booked Tanca E Gaia last minute (and cancelled the other two we had provisionally booked for later dates) as Luigi, a guy from Orosei tourist agency, recommended it as his personal favourite. On the approach the location town Galtelli did not look that pretty but don’t be fooled by this. The actual place on top of the hill overlooks vineyards is small manageable. You can watch beautiful sunset as you sip aperitif anticipating arrival of traditional Sardinian dishes made of locally produced on the farm ingredients.
