Soooooo rude and abruptly uncaring. Would never support such callous behavior by returning. Unprofessional and lacks integrity.

There are hidden costs, food is mediocre, and staff try to coax more out of you. You’d benefit more going to a restaurant that has authentic Italian food.

I have never had a worse dining experience. One member was extremely pushy and tried to force us to order more. When we got the bill we were charged 7 Euros for tea each. Absolutely disgusting Avoid this restaurant like COVID they are crooks.

Ordered the daily menu: lasagna and roast beef. Got an at least day old lasagna reheated in the microwave (which was the worst lasagna ever) and instead of roast beef I got a chicken leg and some potatoes. Also we ordered two beers and got two non-alcoholic ones. Total and utter disaster !

Found this little Halal Indian tandoori restaurant just next to the Ponte Vecchio. We had the chicken tikka masala with nan a tandoori pizza. It was a very tasty meal. We were told to wander the far side of the river in Florence to find the quieter restaurants. Happenend upon this restaurant, which offered reasonable food, with an extensive menu. the wait staff vas very friendly, and attentive. The food was lovely. My husband ordered the seafood pasta, both times we went. i enjoyed the Cannelloni. liked that they has Rose sauce options too. we came here 2 out of the 4 nights we were in Florence. Staff were very accommodating for any requests.

When we (I and my wife) walked int he restaurant we just wanted to have something , but it was quite an experience , both the food as well as the hospitality shown by the serving personnel. The food was tasty home like , Biryani was yummy , Naan melted like butter once we ate it , they had three varieties of chutney and we just loved it. All in all an unforgettable experience. Personally a word on the people serving there , though I am Indian, yet the warmth and courtesy we got , for us personally, its was a revelation, that why we hear , we are all similar though at political level the scenario is different. Constant Companion and I had just arrived in Florence and checked into our hotel. Having traveled overnight, we were tired and looking for something decent to eat. I had read about Tandoori Restaurant on TA prior to departure and knew it was Halal(no alcohol or pork) and that it offered fresh, mostly pre-prepared food. When we arrived it was still crowded with locals at 16:00 and the food in the cases looked good. So we ordered the Menu of the Day ! The waiter was pleasant and brought us some very good Naan.
