Randomly tried this Chinese takeaway. Excellent food for a takeaway. Food was not overly greasy as I sometimes find with Chinese. Chinese is not always my first choice for a takeaway so was pleasantly surprised with this. Would defiantly buy from there again.

All the dishes were delicious and made with fresh ingredients. The portions were generous, and all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We placed our order over the phone and it was ready on time. This Chinese takeaway in Darsham will now be our go-to spot during our stay.

I ordered takeout on Saturday night and everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and there were even some extra treats included. I will definitely be returning. Best Chinese I’ve had in this area. Eat from here second year running. Made the mistake at the beginning of our stay this year of getting a Chinese from Aldeburgh. Then went back to taste of China after remembering it was good last year. My teenage kids also said how good it was. Definitely recommended.

Whilst on holiday in Thorpeness we wanted to have a Chinese take away. We found three to choose. Despite a limited number of reviews this takeaway was far ahead of the others. A short 5 minute drive away from our cottage for the week, we found the food very tasty, hot and a free gift of a bottle of fizzy pop and prawn crackers. The crispy duck was delicious and highly recommended.

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We were told there would be a 25-minute wait, but ended up waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food. When we finally received our order, it was lukewarm and missing an item. We used to enjoy dining here, but recently the owner's decision to have her teenage son handle phone calls and food orders has been a major issue. We will not be returning. The owner should consider hiring more staff and expanding the kitchen to improve efficiency. It is important for them to be more accurate with their wait times and only accept orders they can fulfill.
