food is always brilliant here staff are very polite only thing I would say which isn't really anyones fault is it always seems to be very loud but maybe I'm just a miserable sod. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30

Food was nice however not much variety on menu for a lighter lunch. Coffee was served luke warm. Staff however were lovely, our server was brilliant and was really chatty and friendly, apologied for cold coffee removed from bull. Smaller menu than l recall in the past.Ribs are quite large.Staff were great with my eight year old at the start of her birthday celebrations. Overall happy with food and our waiter. The interior of the restaurant is quite worn and features cramped, unstable chairs. The prices on the menu are surprisingly high for a chain restaurant. I have a tomato allergy, and unfortunately, there weren't many options available for me. Being larger in size, I informed the server that I wouldn't be able to fit into a booth, but she insisted I should try it anyway. The atmosphere has changed significantly compared to a few years back. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

Latest visit here was on New Year’s Day. The place is now pretty grubby, with dirty sticky seats, and just looks like it either needs a good deep clean or a full on refurb. Food was ‘ok’ not amazing and lots of items were out of stock (no ribs or steaks er hello? Doesn’t leave much choice does it!!? We had 3 starters and 5 main courses, with a drink each. Imagine the surprise (i.e not a nice one! when the bill came to £175! Be warned £16 for a cocktail, £4 for a coke and over £6 for a beer cheap it ain’t!
