"No complaints about the quality of the food. Both starter soups on offer were tasty and spicy. The Thai curry's are also good. Sadly the Customer Service ethic there is appallingly bad. As a couple we were seated at a nice window table but shortly asked to move. They stated they had made an error and the table had been booked for 4 people. We were moved to a darker corner table. No party appeared and during our meal a couple arrived on spec and asked if they could have our window seat and were obliged. It made us feel like 2nd class citizens and ruined the whole eating out experience. It was clear that the reason for the move was to keep open a 4 seater table in case a party of 4 arrived but worse they then tried to make silly excuses that just made them look ridiculous. I live locally and have eaten there before but sadly never again. It was their own greed where they value maximising profit over Customer satisfaction that lost them this customer."
