50% discount was a bonus. super fresh and tasty oysters. that was great. the service was excellent, very attentive and funny.

I have been living in Manchester over a decade now and I am still trying to figure out how the typical British restaurant looks like.

First off I have to say that I can't give this place more than one star after the extreme disappointment of the experience and the embarrassment of choosing

the selection of the menu is not available (I assume they did not want to use certain courses, while 50% offer was available), 'behind ground ' music was too loud for a restaurant, in front door intended left open creation extremely cold caught (I assume to push us out of the building, after just a round drink)

This place is a Gem!! Never been here before and so glad we discovered it the food was amazing and the service was truly amazing with the hosts going above and beyond. Accommodated our needs and recommendations for food was spot on. Amazing decor and just fantastic all around. This will definitely be a regular for us from now on. Speisekarte ansehen

The food that was available was lovely, why I say available is due to them reeling off a list of what wasn’t available when we arrived then coming back to the table after our order to tell us that 2 more items weren’t available. We then waited 35 minutes for our starters. cutlery wasn’t replaced inbetween, they had ample opportunity with the 40 minute wait for our mains. We had to ask for more drinks as we hadn’t been asked since we arrived, these drinks never arrived but of course arrived on our bill at the end of the meal. the food was very good, delicious, well presented, substantially and super delicious. I would recommend it mainly with the januar 50% on the net, but there are 3 days left! the service was slow considering that the restaurant was not so busy, but the waitresses were smiling and pleasant and explained us some parts of the menu so that we appreciate it. we prefer a slow pleasant service as a fast smile, factory as service. my middle part was exchanged with the middle rare steak of my friend, and we didn't know until we started eating. we thought it was right because my friend ordered a sauce and I didn't. the sauce was placed on the middle steak plate. we still enjoyed our steaks. the music wa...

Very poor service, the establishment is staffed with very young people who appear to have not been trained in customer service or dining etiquette. Why bring a steak to the customer without any sides, veg or chips, the steak just goes cold!! The menu conveniently had no fillet or T bone steak and despite enjoying 50% off the rib eye steak it was still overpriced and a terrible cut of meat. Across the table of 4, two rib eyes were ordered and both were awful cuts of meat, so not an isolated case. The other 2 diners ordered a burger and both stated that it wasn’t as good as a budget McDonald’s burger! The only saving grace was it wasn’t full price.
