Visited with my adult daughter table booking online was easy, easy to park (remember to put car reg details into the ipad by the door), friendly welcome and friendly service. My daughter had steak and I had the butternut squash and spinach lasagne all was tasty.

We go every Saturday ,with our children They love it . Staff very welcoming and friendly Food always fresh and plentiful . The staff always willing to help .if the can . The chef is friendly and always happy to help with our vegetarian child’s needs Manager always happy to help sorry forgot his name Well done to this restaurant With 4 children with sen needs .this is like a family friends home . I thought to treat after a long week. prawn cocktail was great with clobpy garnels. the lamb chops looked impoverished on the plate. kartoffels were strange and a bit hard. was not what I expected. I ordered apple brombeeren crumbs, but it looked like boiled down brombeere and apple that was blown with crumbs. with the vanille ice cream the taste was good. my pictures will tell you. the servierwives were polite and wanted to be happy, but I know that the lack of coworkers had taken his toll. has given a tip.

What can I say? the food was excellent! it is a well organized restaurant and the management need a medaille! angie, who is the manager, is so beautiful and they can say everything went perfectly! she is a real help for the brand and wish she could work for me! that our waitress was beautiful and made sure that everything was perfect, what it was! angie and those have made the evening - thank you! they should be encouraged and give lessons for all other restaurants how to run a service! many thanks again and we will definitely come back!

The Express by Holiday Inn is conveniently located near the toll booths on the M25, making it a perfect choice for visitors to Bluewater or Lakeside shopping centres. The hotel offers affordable prices for its accommodations. While it may be considered a basic hotel, I was impressed with all aspects of my stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast, included in my rate, and found the bar prices to be reasonable for a hotel. when I hear the name beefeater, I listen to chain restaurant and that is usually mediocre quality. first I was surprised by the many different animals they have on the hahn. In addition, many bottled beers, apple wines and soft drinks are also offered. I ordered the 16oz (approx. 450 gramm) T-bone steak prepared medium rare and that is exactly what I have, so that's good! the side parts could be a bit more generous to be honest, but still tasty and sufficient. the sticky toffee pudding was nice and warm served with some custard sauce. I had a good experience, but I doubt I'd ever come back.

The hotel itself is nice, clean, and spacious. Upon arrival, our child received a coloring pack, which was great as it kept her occupied while my husband and I unpacked. However, the reason for the low rating is because of the bed. The bed was extremely hard, making it impossible for me to sleep. It felt like sleeping on the floor. The option of choosing between soft or firm pillows was a good touch, but the bed was a major disappointment. The only one who managed to get any sleep was our child, who was in a travel cot. I don't think we'll be staying here again anytime soon, which is a shame because everything else about the hotel is nice.

We stayed here for 5 nights! We usually love Holiday Inn in the United States, but this place was disappointing. The free wifi was a complete joke. The rooms were small and overpriced. It seemed like the staff didn't care much about customer service. The beds were uncomfortable and the water temperature in the shower kept changing. The lounge had limited food options, unlike the Premier Inn across the street, which has the Beefeater Grill and the Beacon Bar with more choices. Overall, we would not recommend staying here unless you are okay with discomfort. Unfortunately, we couldn't check out early since it was pre-paid.
