The Black Dog - Speisekarte

We came to visit Chester for a few nights and have been dining out each night and honestly this was by far the best place we’ve visited!!!

Food was outstanding.. we eat out a lot as a family best meal we’ve had in a long time.. staff were friendly couldn’t do enough for us.. the puddings are out of this world

Beautiful food , fabulous staff and ambience . Couldn’t fault it and the outside dining Domes are amazing . Lovely and warm in the cold weather . Can’t wait to go back!! Excellent Speisekarte ansehen

Just wanted to say thank you so much for hosting my hen party afternoon tea. The food was amazing. The chef is wonderful. There was of us and it was all amazing. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Definitely recommended.

Went for a hen party afternoon tea of us) the food was amazing the best afternoon tea I have had. All was made fresh and was so nice All the staff where lovely and nothing was to much trouble. would recommend Will be booking to come again

We had our early Valentine’s meal last night. We thoroughly enjoyed all of our choices. The presentation of the food was stylish, and very tasty. We had a gorgeous Sunday Roast at the Black Dog on in a lovely cosy dome! Waiting on staff were great, especially our lovely waitress her accomplice were truly excellent, friendly and very efficient, Food very delicious too. Would highly recommend The Black Dog for Roast Dinner in a Dome! We will be back again soon.... For dinner in a Dome!!

My family and I booked a pod for on December. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. We waited an hour and a quarter for starters and had to chase up drinks orders twice and have them taken again. Despite there being relatively few diners, the waiting on staff seemed unable to cope. We Have just left the black dog incredibly disappointed after traveling there for my partner’s birthday. The food was terrible and the service was even worse. We were greeted by a very miserable waitress who didn’t even properly turn around while telling us she’d be with us in a minute.
