The Boathouse - Speisekarte

I had a wonderful experience at The Boathouse, thanks to its fantastic location. The breakfast menu was both intriguing and delicious. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the staff were friendly and incredibly attentive. I would absolutely return, although I did feel that the room rates were a bit high.

Stopped in for a Sunday lunch this afternoon. The service was great, they had extra staff so it was table service which was prompt and attentive throughout. Food was fantastic, the roast was delicious. View was delightful, it was nice watching the rowers quietly glide up and down the river as you had your lunch.

Nice location by the canal. Good views of the canal and nearby bridge. You can rent canoes from here too. Didn’t eat but the food looked good. There’s quite a lot of seating and plenty of places to sit on the grass if not. Car park was almost full when I visited, however there’s a park and ride almost next door so parking shouldn’t be a problem. Speisekarte ansehen

We visited this restaurant twice at the start of our relaxing vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The atmosphere was wonderful, the staff was fantastic, and the food was beautiful. We loved having an early breakfast while enjoying the stunning view from our room, which was simply perfect. The balcony was amazing too. Thank you for making our stay so special!

A delightful and tranquil spot! I just came back from a few nights there, and the location is perfect—just next to the park and ride, which takes only 10 minutes to reach central Bath. In the evenings, returning to the Boathouse to unwind on the riverside balcony is a real treat. The breakfast is wonderful, and the rooms are very comfortable. I would definitely recommend it for a short getaway.

We passed by this restaurant several times while traveling, but we never stopped. This time, while we were away for Christmas, we decided to take the opportunity to dine there for our Christmas dinner. We were not disappointed! The venue was beautiful with great views. The food was very well prepared and served. I’d like to commend the staff who were working that day; despite the busy holiday season, they were cheerful, engaging in conversation, and very helpful when we asked for recommendations on places to visit. The Boathouse is beautifully decorated, featuring a cozy log burner that enhances the ambiance. Although we visited in the evening and couldn't fully appreciate the river view, it still created a lovely atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. They offer a separate vegan menu with a diverse range of options for every course. We tried the crushed burger and spaghetti, followed by chocolate orange torte and tropical fruits. While the vegan dishes weren't the best we've ever had, they were still quite delicious. The desserts were fantastic! I would definitely visit The Boathouse again.

Upon our afternoon arrival, we settled into our lovely room before heading down for dinner at the pub located on the ground floor. We enjoyed a delicious vegan burger accompanied by crispy skin-on chips, and we also ordered a double bacon cheeseburger that was very tasty. For dessert, we tried the classic sticky toffee pudding, along with a delicious apple cake filled with apples and paired with vanilla ice cream for the vegan option. We also mistakenly ordered the vegan salted caramel ice cream on the side, which turned out to be a delightful surprise—it had a rich butterscotch flavor. The next morning, we had a cooked breakfast. booked for an overnight in bath. with the beautiful weather the view of the river was breathtaking. we were booked by holly, very friendly helpful (reach us great directions for a river to foot in a bath.) we arrived at the afternoon and have let ourselves in to dinner in the pub in the ground floor in our beautiful room. the vegan burger was very nice with the skin on chips. we also had the double bacon cheeseburger, very tasty. for dessert we had the sticky toffee pudding for the vegan option that we went with was deeply filled apple cake with vanilla ice cream. we have also mistakenly ordered the vegan salted caramel ice cream on the side that was beautiful (butterscotch angele joy taste,...
