The Butler's Bell - Speisekarte

Absolutely amazing trip! The service was incredibly quick and everything was done to a high standard. A lady named Izabella helped us with everything and every time I come here she is the one to make my day! I hope this helps her like she helped us!

Just had the worst food ever in spoons, no beer, poor service and absolutely diabolical food. The manager could even be bothered to iron her own shirt, attitude was like it or lump it! What the hell is going on in the UK, weatherspoons is renown for good value and cheap ale but the Bell failed miserably, get a grip, no wonder it was empty!!!

I ordered the BBQ burger. The bun was obviously frozen, falling apart. The precooked bacon was simply warmed up, and the cheese on the burger was cold. The burgers tasted cheap and unpleasant, with barely any lettuce and only two thin slices of onion. The onion rings were chewy. In summary, the food was terrible. Do not expect a decent meal if you eat here.

I am currently sitting in The Butlers Bell and I feel compelled to write this review to commend the exceptional staff who work here! The sense of community is evident with the friendly and attentive staff who truly care about their customers. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast, served on a hot plate which is a rare touch in many restaurants. Overall, it was a lovely experience! Kudos to the staff for running this place with such warmth and care!

Ordered breakfast. When I asked if the price was correct as I thought it was less I was told it was the correct price. When I received my breakfast it was the wrong one and was told that's what I asked for. Even if it was it was it was missing the hash browns. The food was cold too. All the meals ordered were cold. We we're to scared to complain as the woman that served us was so abrupt how she spoke and didn't seem bothered. Awful food and rude staff.

I use wetherspoons on a fairly regular basis tonight I was in the Butlers Bell Greengate Street Stafford and staff members Chelsea and Jordan spent approx 30 mins looking after a young gentleman whose health suddenly worsened they went out of their way to care for him in a wonderful manner and booked him a taxi home and assisted him from the premises safely credit to both of them service certainly doesn't go unrecognised! I always receive wonderful service from all your outlets by the way Dave

Tonight we visited Wetherspoons, the butlers bell, we were served by the most amazing waitress called Isabella! She went above and beyond serving us our food cleaning our table ensuring we were comfortable and checking our food was okay. Isabella was much more than a waitress she provided excellent cheer, good humour and made us feel incredibly welcome. We will certainly go back and hope that Isabella is there again! Thank you Isabella for making our evening so thoroughly enjoyable with lots of laughs!

We traveled to Stafford to participate in the Isobel Park Run and decided to have breakfast at this restaurant afterwards. There were 7 of us in total. The building was lovely and the food and drinks were what you would typically expect from a good pub. However, what made our visit truly memorable was Isabel, the incredibly friendly waitress who always had a smile on her face. She went above and beyond to ensure that everyone received exceptional customer service and it was clear that she is well-suited for her profession. Every Wetherspoons should have someone like Isabel. It's just a shame that this location is so far away, as we would definitely come back again and again.

Stopped off on the way to Manchester for breakfast and what a great little find. Food was piping hot, service was fab and I was even offered a choice of something alternative on my breakfast as I don’t eat eggs. The staff both at the bar and waitressing were really friendly and helpful. The price of the meal was great value too, £13 something for 1 large brekkie and one reg veggie breakfast and 2 hot drinks. Really couldn’t fault it as drinks were even refills. The atmosphere was okay, a mixture of clientele, passing through or regulars. It was clean and tidy and nothing was left on the tables too long. All in all really impressed and would definitely be happy to visit again when heading up...
