Never been here before. Definitely coming back. Nice normal public house with great food and lovely staff. Had vegetarian lasagne with chips and salad. Spot on! Thank you.

Wow tried the New Steak Plater Today , Defiantly Would Recommend this you get Ribs, A Skewer , Chips , Pease, Homemade Onion Rings , And The Steak Is So Nice , Defiantly Recommended On A Thursday if you Love Steak :)

a little dirty place with a little atmosphere. the place where you want to eat and get out. Rude employees. and regular comfortable in the need of a renovation and the toilet was dirty. to avoid one, unless they possess a bulldozer! Speisekarte ansehen

Stayed here for the weekend 13th to 15th Nov.Very lovely lady called Jan booked us in.large sea view room with on suite shower room.beds comfortable and clean.room comfortable with drink facilities etc.couldnt have asked for more.will be returning here soon.very good deal.xx

A two course ‘home cooked’ meal for 12 is exceptional value for money. The soup starter was so full of flavour and served with a warm bread roll. The carvery is a generous portion of sliced meats, fresh veg and roast potatoes. Staff very friendly....Lovely place for Sunday lunch.

some of us at work ordered today for the first time as taking along and I must say that eating was nice. chips were missing, but the staff had them within 10 minutes with a note about the delivery of. the cook to say I'm sorry. the food proportions were great and the price-performance ratio was even better. many thanks for a great lunch today we all enjoyed it and will be ordered or come to eat. eating was the talk in the work for the afternoon as it melts as well. of us. Had a drink here and found it to be a mish mash of styles. Tired and needing a bit of tlc. The clientele appeared to be mainly contract workers who left a lot to be desired. An interesting old character 'joined' us a one point...to tell us of his 'gangster' past in Streatham and in total contrast his work with Lloyds of London in insurance. He proceeded to follow us outside and join us again with more tales of his past. Not my cup of tea this place or indeed pint ( expensive) and I've been in some watering holes in my time. Felt on edge and glad we didn't eat there.

Avoid at all costs. We stumbled over this pub one miserable Saturday evening while it persistently rained.Wet and cold looking for an evening meal.The pub was loud and full of groups of “jolly” clientele (no social distancing here) The decor needs updating, the carpet squelched...and the tables didnt look as though they had been cleaned in quite a while. Ordered food which took an age to appear, but I thought maybe it’s being cooked from fresh!! No it was cold and devoid of taste and lacked any appeal. I have had better microwave meals and probably should have relied on one. Never again

We used this place a few times over our stay in South end First time we entered I used my c19 checking app but had a annoying woman mouthing in my ear about c19 checking Ignored her and found a table a helpful member of...staff came over and served use quickly Other times we ate her too, very quick and helpful friendly staff even the chef spoke to us Staff told us to come for stake night Thursday We arrived around 16.45 saw some tables empty it was happy hour at the bar 5/7 C19 checking then this annoying lady appears again from our first visit We told her we were looking to eat but she was snapping have you booked We said no and if it was a problem we would just have a drink but she started...
