"Pathetic, waited 3 hours for delivery, when we phoned to chase the order the second time I spoke to some rude women who showed no compassion or empathy and didn’t apologise for the delay!? 25 minutes later we saw a confused looking guy carrying a delivery bag but had no car. I refused delivery and the poor delivery driver said he was only given the order 20 minutes ago!?!?We decided to order from a competitor of Cavaliere which arrived quickly and who we will be using in future.To the owners of the Cavaliere we understand that occasionally these things can happen BUT to spoken to in that manner by a member of staff is completely unacceptable!"

we had luck making a last minute booking for our visit, all that I can say is wow! from entering into the restaurant to going out was the attention of the staff excellent. the food was absolutely delicious. will definitely return if I ever get back to the opposite.

here twice as a stay in melville gasthof and the connected pub was always booked. the service was excellent, personal attention and pleasant, eating plentiful and authentic italian. price very reasonable. also a retreat from their place next to it. amazing, so many choices, all cooked and prepared in full.

I've used the cavalier a few times since moving, tonight they are telling me that I was giving them the wrong card number, then to tell me its invalid.... just gone back to Benes and card payment went through first time. Too much background noise to hear anything. Young staff not sure what there doing, spoke to 3 different staff members and not one could put in the correct details. I'm the one sat with my card yet your telling me its the wrong one. OK. Won't be back!.
