We had a lovely evening. The pub was beautifully warm. We were sat at a large table with plenty of room for the six of us. We all enjoyed the food (it was a game evening) and the staff were so friendly, polite and attentive. Excellent!

Excellent date night experience all around! We arrived a touch past our reservation time, but the staff was gracious and seated us immediately. Very friendly, with the perfect level of attentiveness, not hovering (like is typical in the US, but not ignored either. For starters,we tried the Duck Parcel (AMAZING! and the Pigeon Breast (also Amazing! Then moved on to the Main Entrees. I had the Pork Belly, while my wife had the Sea Bass. DELICIOUS! We finished the meal off with a Bailey's Creme Brulee and a Roasted Vanilla Cheesecake. The Creme Brulee was my wife's first, and she loved it. The Cheesecake was excellent as well.
