the manager of the layer was very friendly and polite together with the rest of the staff there. the quality of eating was amazing. I would definitely come back here!

We had lunch in the Coffee Club one Sunday during the pandemic. There are a few tables on the pavement outside the restaurant and the indoor tables are quite spaced out. The choice and quality of the food is quite good but the service was...slow.

I guess they had a pretty busy, but the manager still managed to bring me and my friend to lunch and service was great as well as the atmosphere, with a very nice outside area too. beautiful little jewel in the heart of westbourne, well managed and with a large staff. look at it! This is a good restaurant to visit if you are treating someone to dinner. A small restaurant located in Westbourne, a satellite of Bournemouth. They offer a large menu choice which should satisfy all appetites; we were certainly very happy with the options we chose....The food was delicious and the restaurant is not shy with their portion size. Fully recommended.

Very slow service, had to ask 4 times for milk to go in tea, by the time it arrived tea was cold so asked for replacement. Waited 45 minutes for breakfasts. When we asked for bill they added on the replacement tea. The bill was...£51 and after taking the tea off was £49. My mum paid but when she checked bank statement days later £59 was taken. Have enjoyed our previous visits but won't go again.

had a wonderful meal in the coffee club. the manager was very welcoming and made sure that we were happy from the moment we arrived. the personal was friendly and professional and can not fail to eat, as it was well decorated and well presented on the teller....Big thumb up to the manager and his personal, as there is a great atmosphere in the coffee club, which means we will definitely come back and recommend to any family or friends. We have been going to the Coffee Club for years, it has been one of our favourite eateries, sadly not anymore. We chose scampi and chips 13.95) used to be amazing. Large succulent scampi, lovely chips and an appealing salad. Today we had poor quality food...with a limp salad. We then chose a honeycomb sundae 7) Unfortunately, they forgot the nuts, sauce and wafer. I had a small lime and soda at a cost of 2.95, your online menu states 2. All in all a very disappointing visit. Sadly won't be coming again.

The menu looked great so we went for a family meal last night. The service was pleasant but the quality of the food poor. We were told they had no steaks and no muscles which was a shame. We ordered a seafood sharing platter to...start, it was all deep fried and was very poor quality ingredients. It looked like they just popped to the very well known frozen food shop down the road! The calamari was the size of 5p coin so not worth eating and not with the £15 or so it cost. The mains were better but still not great, Cajun chicken burger ok, salmon and scallops tasty but quite expensive and the sauce on the ribs was too thick and rich. The total bill for 3 including a bottle of wine and a beer...

This was our first visit since the Coffee Club changed hands. At every step we had to ask for service i.e.we wanted a coffee whilst looking at the lunch menu, When the waitress brought our coffee we told her we were ready to order....She took our order but didn't ask if we wanted any drinks with our meal. When our meal was brought to the table the waitress didn't bother to take away our empty coffee cups just left them on the table where they stayed until we left. During the meal we had to approach a member of staff to ask for some water. We had to ask several times for the bill. Whilst waiting for our bill I noticed a lady trying to push her friend in her wheelchair through the entrance doo... Speisekarte ansehen
