"This coffee shop is incredibly welcoming. The customers I chatted with were all return visitors, just like us. The coffee and snacks are top-notch, and the cream tea is a must-try. They also offer a good selection of non-meat options for those of us who are picky eaters. But the main reason to visit is the owners, Dot and Chris. They are the friendliest couple you'll ever meet, making you feel right at home. Thank you both for a wonderful experience, we will definitely be back next year."

I visited this restaurant last week in July. The coffee was lovely. They were very good at following social distancing measures, but I was disappointed to see that they are using all disposable cups, even if they are recyclable. There is a lot of plastic and paper being used, which is unfortunate as we were just starting to get used to using reusable items to reduce waste. I don't see any reason why they can't use China cups like the cafe down the road.

Decent coffee and cakes and good wheelchair access, no toilets but a good public loo is only about 30 yards away. Also dogs are allowed at the outside tables. Please note, all the other eating establishments we looked at in Lynmouth seemed not to have wheelchair access however on the way back to the car we saw one round the corner facing the sea which claimed good disabled access, we had discounted this on first passing as it is located upstairs, presumably they have a decent lift.

We really enjoy this restaurant and always prefer to sit outside. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, even when busy and dealing with a list of allergies. They offer a wide variety of drinks and snacks. Unfortunately, the last time we visited, the weather was too bad to sit outside and we had to sit indoors. The new seats were uncomfortable, as they were fixed and too close to the tables. The interior now resembles a cheaper version of McDonald's, which was disappointing.
