"it does not seem much from outside, but to go and the atmosphere is very warm, welcoming and relaxing. visited on 1st february 2022. the log fire was nice and warm, the whole place was spotless, including the toilets. had a delicious, perfectly cooked egg bacon and cheese breakfast muffin, they must try. the egg was properly cooked, not like a rubber plate like a certain American almost food place. coffee and hatch brown also tasted better. the coffee had unlimited refills (you don't get it at a certain American. they know where I mean but the only thing that really glittered this place without a shadow the doubt was the personal. I can't choose a person because they were all just sooo good."

Have always been excellent with my intolerance issues gluten and soya). Not good for celiacs tho as the chips are done in the same fryer as the onion rings. Lovely food x

climb two quite long steps to get to the dachgarten. it was great to eat outside, but a long way to wear drinks from the bar when they don't order eating that is simply online from their table and service is fast.

i had the haddock chips and mushy peas and my son had burger and chips and dessert . main courses were piping hot and delicious and excllent value for money as were the desserts would def recommend this place and i shall be returning

it is well located along the high street and its large historical building. they have seats outside and also the beautiful dachgarten. very friendly service staff and everything is good during our visit destined to visit a drink worth and explore the building

Visited a few times, overall a great spoons with a good menu for both food and drinks. Plenty of seating both downstairs and upstairs with table service available on the app. The toilets are always clean and the staff are always friendly. Prices are great just as you'd expect from spoons.

Came back again to enjoy the Easter Bank Holiday in this lovely space be sure to check out the roof terrace! Food and drinks were good. Unfortunately the hot chocolate machine wasn't working and James was more than happy to refund as I had already paid on my phone. James and the staff were friendly as always. Thank you

Outstanding customer service today from team members Liam, Lauren and Jasmine, led by James. Extremely pleasant, efficient service, nothing too much trouble and no detail spared. We thus decided to return later in day and were welcomed back like we were old family friends ! This will be our regular 'Local ' in every Cleethorpes visit, so very well done all and many thanks indeed !

Absolutely awful. Ordered from the website and they took my payment out twice and duplicated the order. I’ve seen the staff sort this easily before and refund people. I was refused a refund and given 4 drinks and 2 bowls of food for only the 2 of us. Taken £40 off me instead £20 and refused to help though I’ve seen them do it before! I also ordered cheesy chips only for them to come out with nothing but brie rind all over my chips.
