"we went to a meal yesterday and a few drinks at first place rather quiet, but more the evening went on to them were busy. they are very friendly and helpful, but on certain days or occasions they are also very busy. if they have a birthday, they will be more than happy to put it on and therefore a booking would be highly recommended. the meals themselves are very nice, especially the roast and they can choose the sizes from which we go further there they know us and we know them full 10 for service and happy smile face keeps the hard work and be safe. many thanks once again that they make our evening pleasant and welcoming."

beautiful atmosphere. faster service and nice eating. the price was very reasonable. nice selection of food and the carvery had many possibilities. a visit worth. improved menu and more choices. helpful staff. I can't blame this place.

We went for a meal with the family. The staff was very welcoming. We got served by Shannon who was very helpful and had brilliant customer service. The food was amazing and the portions were really good. Will definitely be going back. :

We were sat promptly, the service was excellent (even though only one person on the bar) and our food, drink and special dietary requirements were catered for. Nothing was too much trouble. Would happily return the next time we are visiting family in Cornwall.

with our puppy a table for 2. the staff was amazing and went the extra mile, brought us a water bowl for him and even a sausage for him to cut. our meals were also amazing, my partner loved the carvery and my burger was very tasty. we will definitely come back when we get back on vacation in the opposite.

excellent staff efficient and friendly. slightly disappointed by the carousel, as the turkey was very dry/cooked over, like the carrots. roasted potatoes were good, although I think about pfeffer for many taste other veg all well. the veggie burger that my enkelin had was delicious as the desserts. drink all good but hot milk with the coffee would have been appreciated. a good lunch.

We often go to this venue and can honestly say that the landlord and his staff go out of their way to make sure you have a happy experience. The meals are served promptly, they’re lovely and tasty and the venue is always nice and clean. In these very challenging times we have seen the staff deal with extremely rude and arrogant customers but no matter what is thrown in their way they have kept their cool and are all an asset to the business.
