Excellent roast dinner, they even do a take out! Lovely local 'village owned ' country pub with helpful and friendly staff. Dogs welcome. Highly recommended.

Lovely village pub, great cask ales, beautifully kept and some amazing bar snacks. We tried the Black pudding scotch eggs, pork pies and salami and all three were superb.

I always make sure to stop here for a drink or a bite to eat, provided it's not fully booked, after exploring this beautiful area. The hosts are very welcoming, and the food is excellent. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This is a very friendly pub with high-quality food and drinks. The interior is beautiful, and there's a small but comfortable outdoor seating area. It's a fantastic spot to take a break while enjoying this overlooked (and therefore quiet and serene) part of England.

Amazing! We stopped by for a drink and lunch and were greeted by a lovely woman (I apologize for not catching her name). The service was exceptional, and the food was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented! We ordered the chicken mushroom risotto and sausage mac, along with a side of fries. The food is mind-blowingly unique. Chef Blaine has a remarkable talent for crafting astonishing dishes. My personal favorite was the duck, followed by his delectable milk chocolate cheesecake. a friendly and very safe lunch break. large genuine zider of long mynd zider, pleasant Scotch egg and super-local charcuterie by shropshire salumi provided. eating is currently just outside. many open tables and three covered tables. only table service. we really felt welcome and the chairs/table worked well despite the roadside. It's a shame we can only give this place a maximum of 5 stars. This was the best food we've ever had, and we've eaten in many places around the world. The housekeeper, bartender, chef, and locals were all incredibly friendly and welcoming to my wife, our two children, and me. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The phrase "hidden gem" is often overused, but this place truly deserves that title. Speisekarte ansehen
