"As we haven't been there for a long time and we booked for 4 people and I requested a round table and they did. The service was good, the foods wow very nice as three of them had Sunday lunch while I had salad with chicken due to Vegan and thank you to the Chef. The pudding with coffee which had a Apple Pie with custard and again very nice. We were there for 3.5 hours so it good. Thank you."

Food nice, hot ,tasty. The more senior( in age) had excellent customer service skills, the younger who appeared to be in charge pointed to another table when asked for black pepper and told us we could get it ourselves if we wanted some. Otherwise all good, pleasant atmosphere etc

absolutely divine! eating was nice, the waitress who served us could not have been polite, friendly and attentive, price was very reasonable and interior and exterior sitting is both beautiful and much of it! my new place for lunch and Sunday dinner with friends found, highly recommended! we enjoy the atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. we would like to phoebe our waitress who not only provided qualitatiw high quality service, but reminded us of an earlier visit that gave us the feeling. we both had a roast, the veg was a bit hard, but it enjoyed everything no less.

Nice location, good menu, and good food well presented. Very friendly and attentive staff. Normally a nice quite friendly relaxing atmosphere, but our last visit spoilt by another rather noisy family reunion group of nine talking loudly to one another in our area. Perhaps larger groups could be sat somewhere away from a more quieter area?
