Nice pub I've been for dinner before. Service was good, the choice was fantastic, I was really tempted by atleast four nets and most tapas dishes. Overall, it could not fail due to my only trip there.

The restaurant offers delicious food, live music, and attentive and friendly staff. What more could you ask for on a night out? Additionally, it was steak night, so we got a great deal with buy one get one half price. It was the perfect way to end a wonderful day.

Stopped in for lunch after visiting the caves. We had a mix of burgers and tapa’s between our group all were really nice, fresh, well cooked and tasty. Can’t recommend the meatballs enough some of the best I’ve ever had outside of homemade so you might want to order more than 1 portion !

Service was very good, very polite and timely. Food wise the New York burger was very tasty and nice coleslaw on the side, the chips were a little disappointing to be honest, plenty of them but over cooked for my liking. I enjoyed visiting this lovely, welcoming pub in Wellswood, Torquay. The menu offered a variety of options, and we chose the homemade beef burgers, which were delicious and satisfying. For those who like to customize their burgers, there are various extras and cheeses available to add. I only wish I had more room after the filling burgers to try one of the tempting desserts on offer. The cocktail selection was impressive, with drinks made with tasty botanicals. One of the highlights for me was seeing the signed, framed John Cleese "The Germans" sketch from Fawlty Towers displayed on the pub's wall.

After a visit to Kents Cavern. Friendly staff were very friendly. The pub is slightly modern with good music. We were lucky to visit on Thursday, where there was a special on tapas cocktails. My partner ordered the vegan mushrooms gyozas with a strawberry Collins Woo Woo cocktails. I ordered the New York deli steak Burger my daughter the ribs (is a chef special that should be part of the menu). The ribs came out as a mountain, they were plentiful. All foods were cooked for perfection. The New York burger is similar to a Salt Beef Sandwich. The mushrooms with the vegan garlic Mayo gyozas were excellent. my wife and I recently visited the kent 's with our dinner club for a meal. we are both vegetarian for many years and with the limited choice available selected the roasted cauliflower with smoked gnocchi, spinat and soße. we were looking forward to it, but were very disappointed. the cauliflower seemed quite luscious, with not much to him. also there were only four small gnocchi 'chips' around them, with a small piece spinat. that was hardly a meal. it was just as good that we had ordered a being pleasure. they were the only satisfying part of the meal. the dish was presented attractively, but there was little substance, just a bit of cauliflower and chips swimming in cocosnus sauce. it nee...
