awesome meal, we went for valentine and had the 7course menu, each dish was on point, the pork bell and the eierbox my favorites. would be paid twice the £20 price

Gems are hard to find but we got lucky with Small world. The tapas dishes are to die for, the service is spot on and all for good value for money. Suggest you book in advance and don't be put off by the requested £5 deposit a restaurant definitely worth a visit.

this place is amazing! great eating, beautiful personal and atmosphere! very recommend to go to everyone here! we had a party of 13, they have taken care of all of us, as well as the other tables that no one wait for every amount of time, nothing was too much to ask! Speisekarte ansehen

What a lovely restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Chef certainly knows his craft. I had the wonderful Red Shrimps in Garlic sauce along with chorizo cooked in honey. Both were cooked to perfection. Followed by the Egg Box. In this is a desert with 5 mystery flavours. I managed to get 2 and a half correct. Sorry no clues, you'll have to try it for yourself!! Recommended, we will definitely be returning.

I ate here with some friends last night, we ordered about a dozen different dishes and without exception we loved them. the tapas parts are bigger than they get in spanies and designed to be shared so they are not hungry after home. I had the falafel burger sweet potato curry with Patatas band from the Vegan menu, which was one of the main reasons we went here and they were excellent. each dish is freshly cooked and it really makes a difference. the service was also very good. I would recommend a visit (especially for vegan/vegetarian diner).

what a great little place, definitiw a small hidden gem and exactly what a great one needs. 4 of us went on Sunday for the Groupon deal, which was 8 tapas and 4 drinks. that was nice to eat, something for every taste bud, and much of it!.but the best tor for me was the little touches. the glasses that the cocktails were given, not the small dinky glasses u get, the decoration what the food was given, and at the end the small olives that burst into the mouth that was a sorbet/liquid, beautiful. thank you. sara, because we are a great hostess, we will be back.

This restaurant is honestly the best place in Torquay. An absolute hidden gem, we had the best customer service experience of my life. All of the food was of outstanding quality, and The Mystery Dessert was an incredible experience! The menu was full of delights and the kitchen should be given the highest of praise. A waitress even brought over stain remover when a small accident involving chorizo oil arose, both waitresses were the very best at their profession. I honestly can’t applaud this place enough. I would love to see Small World grow to be a Torbay favourite, but then I’d probably be slightly mad at the wait times to get in. Please continue to be a brilliant example of what a great...

We have had the most amazing experience here. Seeing an independent restaurant with 5*, we suspected it would be up there with the best. But this incredible bunch of people are really in a league of their own. From entry to exit the service was pleasant, attentive, and made us feel welcome and relaxed. The recommendations from the team were helpful, and no request was too small for them. The menu (and staff) highlight the allergens in food and the team are more than willing to accommodate any requirements. The food itself was to die for. We have our favourite restaurants for a night out, and if this was closer to Cornwall, it'd take the top spot. You've got a real gem of a business here and... Speisekarte ansehen
