The Murderers Pub - Speisekarte

After leaving the hospital, I had a delicious coffee that was much needed. My mom also mentioned that her drink was the best Costa coffee she has ever had.

I ordered a toasted tea cake, but it was barely toasted and looked pale in color. Unfortunately, it was also dry and stale. The coffee was lukewarm at best. Not a very satisfying meal overall. They definitely need to improve their offerings.

.... firstly all the cafes etc that use the posh coffee machines are so slow on service. I think they should have two stations as staff and people going to hospital alike using this place have to queue round the corner. Also it is very pricey. Speisekarte ansehen

Had to ask for plates and cutlery not offered as till operator just wanted payment not interested on what needed for food bought at same time as hot drinks . Very expensive for shabby customer service won’t go back . Tables needed clearing and cleaned.

Quite an old feeling restaurant served by a Costa at the entrance to Norfolk and Norwich hospital. Relatively quick service standard costa fare but a real lack of atmosphere in the place the tables and chairs actually look quite new , but the place feels old

Very disappointed with service, staff didn’t give a damn. Hot food, what there was of it looked dead. Brought a small and large sausage roll from hot cabinet, marked sausage roll, turned out to be a cheese roll. God knows where they got the cheese, but wasn’t cheese as I we know and the large sausage roll was vegan. Comment applies the same as cheese! DO NOT USE I won’t!! Speisekarte ansehen

It might have been Costa Coffee branded coffee but the prep area was more akin to the A&E floor after a tragedy, it was a real mess! For £12, I got two medium cappuccinos, one soggy sausage roll and two do-nuts. The Do-nuts were nice, I asked for cinnamon on my my cappuccino, apparently there’s only two quantities; none and a fluid sand dune! I think it’s disgusting how the ill are ripped off by these vendors, the prices should be capped as their isn’t fair competition.

Popped in at lunch time today after hearing the pub mentioned so much on Jaack's Happy Hour. Was worried it would be a nightmare with my 2.5 year old but was determined to have a drink there just to say I had. I was PLEASANTLY surprised to find the pub so chill inside, staff were lovely and the atmosphere was just nice. Sat down with our drinks and decided to order food too, and it was the best food I've had out for a long time. The burger meat was so tasty, everything was just great. Would absolutely recommend a trip if you're around.

We ordered a cheese toastie, but the bartender informed us they were out of cheese. When we requested a bacon toastie instead, we were told they were also out of bacon. There were no other options available. The bartender offered to send someone to the store to get cheese and asked if we preferred brown or white bread. When asked if the brown bread was granary or wholemeal, she mistakenly said it was granary. Unfortunately, when our toasties finally arrived, mine was barely toasted with limp white bread that was chewy. The supposed granary bread was actually wholemeal and had bits of a black serviette stuck to the cheese. Overall, a terrible experience at this restaurant. Speisekarte ansehen
