"Arrived on time, waited minutes to be seat then to be told we was late No s$%t sherlock we was waiting to be seated! Told we can either order at the bar or on the app, went to order on the app only...to for the app to state that the carvery is sold out?! Spoke to a rather stressed out waitress only to be told that the app is turned off but we could order drinks on it?! She eventually took our complicated order which consisted of carvery's, a bottle of wine and two glasses of water, well this fantastically complex order blew her mind.... Tickets eventually turned up (another minutes later.. at this stage no sign of drinks. Went and joined the queue only to stand there for a further minutes listening to foul mouthed woman working on the pizza section f'ing and blinding as to how stressed she was, swearing at the food collection guys. At this stage we almost walked out its Sunday its a carvery, its going to be busy FFS! Finally got to the front of the queue, no Yorkshires, no sausages, had to wait a further minutes for these to arrive. Meat finally served, then no potatoes, no stuffing, no carrots, so had to wait another minutes for this by which time the meat was stone cold. Eventually sat back down, still no drinks three times we had to ask for the wine to be served and twice more for the water I guess this was only out fault as we had such a complicated order..... Cold dinner finally eaten (which was OK'ish but cold... Misses wanted a pud only to be told to order on the app, which the same person told us wasn't working.... Whilst we appreciate that Sundays are generally their busy days, its not as if you don't know its coming, Sundays believe it or not happen every week so plan/staff accordingly FFS shocking and un-organised service which the management (if there is any should be ashamed off and as for the foul mouthed bint at the pizza area she should certainly not be in that position awful and disgusting individual. We last visited this place roughly years ago, and it was awful then so good to see they are still consistently awful years or so later.... https"

My wife adores this restaurant and would give it five stars all the time. Personally, I think the food is a bit bland and I often find ourselves being served by a bothersome person.

came up with some friends and we had a lot of coal. it was great, not very busy so we could sit all night and natter. the food was beautiful and some decadent desserts! very nice and will return!

I had never been to this pub before and I will never go back. We were not given any direction on how to order food, the service was awful, and the food was served cold. It's a shame we had to experience this. Speisekarte ansehen

I visited the restaurant on the evening of Friday, February 3rd, 2023, to try their carvery. The food was satisfactory, but unfortunately, the tables were dirty and sticky from spilled beer in both the bar and restaurant sections.

Took the family for a nice meal, I had a burger which was amazing, partner had the fish which was huge!! And the girls had pizzas. All looked and tasted amazing. Staff attentive and made us feel very welcome. Will be back for the Carvery...which also looked and smelled great!

what a great meal yesterday! Delicious Sunday Roast! Was very busy and I heard them tell others they were fully booked for a few hours but we had booked so got in right away. Got served quickly, was a bit of a queue for the...carvery but was worth it! Huge plate of food at a great price!! we were recommended to come here for Sunday dinner and eating has not been disappointed at all! it was nice eating and was not so expensive, but the staff was everywhere. I waited before we called a coworker to order our drinks, then someone had to ask for our orders again. the young lady told us that none of the drinks on their menu is what they had, which totally confused us. I was today a hospitable birthday party with participants. from us had the Sunday roast carpentry (also me myself) and one of us got a beautiful huge fish! laughing was what I understand. an absolutely fantastic time had one of. my friends very familiar with the venue told me that it was far beyond expectations! the food I had was fantastic that I made available from the types of meat (pork, truthahn, bark meat) plus a yorkshire pudding, served by a friendly man. after that, you can help yourself with how much you want to spice out from a large selection of vegetables, potatoes and sauces.
