a great place to try! the fish grill is the best ever, the filet steak really delicious. the staff are all absolutely amazing, friendly helpful and smiling, the facility is simply beautiful and the damentoilets are beautiful a 100% must visit.

Lovely food, great staff and good selection of drinks. Very clean and an ideal place for a couple of beers and some good wholesome food. A slight problem with the ordering system was promptly rectified and our food came out soon after. 10/10 all round

We had been there an hour and a half before receiving mains, had to flag people down to ask for drinks and often multiple times as we never received them and had to join a few other tables to hunt down a server for the bill. Our family stumbled upon this pub while heading home from Silverstone. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. My husband and I tried the Atlantic cod, which was delicious! Our kids enjoyed their burgers as well. We were really impressed by both the service and the food. We would definitely recommend this place!

The service from the waiter was outstanding, and I noticed a positive morale and atmosphere among the staff that was one of the best I've encountered. The food was excellent—no complaints about its quality—and the portion sizes were decent. The cake was genuine and not just a dish with meat topped with a baked crust, which is unfortunately what many places serve nowadays. The restaurant is located next to a Premier Inn and close to a busy road, but dining indoors does not detract from the overall experience. Update: I returned for lunch with my foster mom. The menu features typical pub fare. We had the smothered chicken, which was quite nice, and I enjoyed the salted caramel sundae—it was amazing! We also loved the festive Christmas decorations. The staff member on duty was very accommodating and encouraged us to take lots of photos (thank you!). It's definitely a lovely spot for Christmas drinks, and they are taking bookings for holiday events, including a breakfast with Santa. Parking: There is disabled parking available near the main entrance to both the pub and hotel, although you need to navigate a bit to reach it.
