Food very good. Great value for the money, great menu. The staff were very friendly and made sure you were well looked after. Highly recommend

On a hot Sunday in July, I enjoyed a delicious fish and chips. A generous portion. We could order drinks from the bar and found a shaded spot in the garden. All the staff I spoke with were friendly. Food coming out looked brilliant.

Be warned: the portions are quite generous! We went on a Saturday evening and although their car park was full, we parked on the street in front of the entrance and found a table easily as their bigger room leading to the back garden was empty. The service was quick and very friendly as their prices considering portion sizes.

Absolutely beautiful food of massive proportion excellent value a lovely pub in the middle of nowhere with a big quiet garden the staff are really friendly and helpful can't complain about anything will definitely be going back also really enjoyed the real ale from down the road at tring please go and support this lovely local pub

Great pub and always wanted to try their food…had a cheeky belly buster burger and was not disappointed, the quality of the meat was excellent and lean so managed to eat (devour) it without the bun collapsing!! Very lovely mother's day lunch. Fab food, large portions, nicely presented and tasty. Only negatives was tte roast lamb dinner ... the person who had this found it to be disappointing as the lamb meat was tough and the roast potatoes had been fried! We were told another person couldn't have the roast because he has a fish allergy .... can only assume they fry the potatoes in the same fat/fryer as their scampi?

I had a fantastic meal tonight at the Gin and Tapas Mother Night event. The food was simply delicious, and we enjoyed tasting nine different dishes, all topped off with a gin sorbet that was to die for! To make it even better, each course was paired with an aromatic gin and tonic. The staff was very friendly and efficient, which added to the wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning for more themed evenings. Great value for money. Thank you!

The restaurant is located in a charming village and came highly recommended to us. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and had a wonderful experience. The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the place was bustling with a great atmosphere. The Moroccan soup was delightful, and my rare steak was cooked exactly to my liking. We would definitely return, and they are very welcoming to well-behaved dogs. Five stars! In North Wales, where we live, finding such a place is a real treat.

After our spa day, we decided to stop by this restaurant and were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were all lovely. I inquired about vegan options, and they presented me with several appealing choices. I opted for a salad with sweet potato fries, which was delicious, just like all the other dishes we ordered. They even went out to buy me an avocado, which truly impressed me. I would recommend this place to anyone; the atmosphere was beautiful, and they were very accommodating. Thank you for making our relaxed day end on such a perfect note!
