The Gurkha Restaurant

Booked a table for my 60th booked 8 o'clock arrived at 8.10 and was told that we were late and the woman on the reception was very rude and hostile so we walked out in disgust

Always a pleasant visit . staff are friendly. Place is clean. There is always a huge selection of dishes on offer, most are incredibly tasty, unfortunately some are over salted. Drinks are quite expensive

It was brilliant. Best I ever had . We going again . We may go for the weekend to Blackpool to go there. It was go as any restaurant I been to . And it a buffet . U can not go wrong here the food brilliant and the staff are really nice Speisekarte ansehen

I booked a table for 4 people at 8.arrived at 8.10 only to be told l had no booking and if was to late to seat us even though place was nearly empty. Reception really rude a sour faced woman really didn't want to help. It was for my parents 60th birthday l was so upset with the hostile Reception we got we walk out in discuss

Me and my siblings stayed here for 4 nights and had such a lovely time. The staff were all wonderful and attentive and the buffet was so good my sister hasn't stopped talking about it my brother is vegetarian and they had plenty for him to choose from too. The hotel room was clean and spotless. We have had such a lovely break we will be back again. Thank you all so much

We was recommended by friends to visit The Gurkah while in Blackpool. So glad we did. We turned up a bit early and was prepared to wait but the staff got us in with no fuss. The food was delicious, fresh and plentiful. Dionne who kept our table clear was lovely, very polite and professional, no rushing at all a very relaxing time. that was my first visit to the gurkha bar. I booked a table for my wife and I online, but it went a day earlier mistaken, but the lady behind the writing found us a nice table and was very friendly and welcoming. the food was nice, the staff was friendly and once our tellers were empty, it was thrown away by the staff. I was in the past in many buffet restaurants that give quantity instead of quality, but I can honestly say the gurkha bar on waterloo road in blackpool is the opposite.

Stayed here with my partner for the weekend. Check in was a bit messy having to check in when there was a queue of people for the restaurant. Gets to our room and the window was broke so could hear the traffic. Although I did report this and it got sorted out. Bed was comfy. We didn’t try the food. (Should really be included) .Checked out around 10:30 no staff around to ask if we enjoyed our stay or not. If the food would be included in the price of the stay then when would of stayed here again. Sadly not.

Have to say we both love this restaurant. Have been here before and will definitely be back, we have had this date booked a couple of months ago and have been really looking forward to our meal. We were not disappointed. Excellent value for money. The food is fantastic. The staff are all extremely friendly, polite and helpful. One of the staff members took our photo in front of the lovely Christmas tree. If your in Blackpool looking for somewhere to eat we highly recommend this restaurant.
